Tuition / Fees

All choirs meet from September to June on a weekly basis.

There is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $180, due upon joining. Tuition may be paid yearly or in 10 monthly installments. Tuition becomes non-refundable after the third rehearsal of the semester.

When more than one child in the same family is in the chorus, the first child pays full tuition, and each additional sibling receives a $50 discount. The PGC Board of Directors offers generous tuition assistance for qualified applicants.

Tuition and fees for the 2026-2027 season are as follows (additional credit card fees apply) :

Choir level Yearly tuition Monthly tuition
Repertoire $1750 $175
Allegra, Brava & Concerta $1800 $180
Ensemble $1850 $185

In addition to tuition, Brava and Concerta choirs are required to attend one week of summer day camp the first full week of August. Camp tuition is $500. Ensemble singers are required to attend an annual weekend retreat, typically held in September or October for a fee of $500.

Brava has the opportunity to participate in a yearly weekend performance mini-tour, with costs ranging from $700-$1000. Concerta and Ensemble singers have the opportunity to participate in a performance tour every other year. These tours are 8-10 days in length, with costs currently ranging from $5500-$6500. Participation in tours is optional. Tour assistance is provided for families with demonstrated need.

Parental expectations

Volunteer Expectations

The PGC asks that parents use talents, ideas, and connections to further the mission of the PGC by devoting at least 5 hours per year to PGC volunteer activities. Volunteer opportunities include: staffing the desk and doors during weekly rehearsals, ushering, chaperoning, setting up and cleaning up for concerts and chaperoning girls during concerts and performances.

Fundraising Expectations

The PGC seeks to enroll all interested singers. By design, the annual tuition has a deficit of $800 per singer so that all girls may participate in our program regardless of family economics. Through foundation and corporate support, the PGC has traditionally been able to cover half that amount. As a community, the PGC families make up the remainder through our fundraisers and our Annual Contribution Campaign.

"The PGC has provided the absolute best education for our girls. The musicianship education makes our commitment to this group an easy addendum to our girls' overall education."
